Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Sales Strategies:
Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Your strategic approach will drive the success of our software products in the market.
Customer Acumen:
Actively understand each account's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape. Your insight into customer needs and market dynamics will be crucial.
Negotiation Skills:
Conduct high-level negotiations to achieve desired results and meet our customers’ needs. Your ability to negotiate effectively will be key to securing deals and building long-term relationships.
New Account Development:
Drive new account and customer development to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals. Plan and conduct prospecting and introductory calls with sufficient volume to establish a full calendar of in-person meetings. Your proactive approach will help expand our customer base.
Product Promotion:
Explain our software products in the local language to potential customers. Your ability to communicate complex software features in an easy-to-understand manner will be essential.
Organizational and Time-Management Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities are a must. You'll need to manage multiple accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Communication and People Skills:
Excellent communication and people skills are crucial. You’ll be interacting with various stakeholders and must be able to convey our value proposition effectively.
Competitive Salary:
Earn between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 per month, with additional target-based incentives.
